Custom stole orders ship within 2-3 weeks from artwork approval. U.S. domestic shipping is free on orders over $500.
Returns
Because every stole is custom-embroidered, we don’t accept returns on customized orders unless there’s a production defect. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t match approved artwork, email support@customgradstoles.com within 7 days with photos.

Got late registrants? Reorders of small quantities ship in about a week once your design is on file.
