No. Artwork, layout, crest redraws and embroidery digitizing are all free, with unlimited revisions until you approve. If all you have is a low-resolution logo, our designers rebuild it clean.

Yes. Nothing goes into production until you approve a free mockup showing your artwork on the actual stole layout — and for embroidery, a stitch-out preview of the real thread path.

We ship across the United States, and shipping is quoted per order by quantity and destination. If commencement is close, tell us the date — we’ll confirm exactly what express production can hit.

If your stoles arrive defective or do not match the mockup you approved, we remake or replace the affected pieces at no cost. Revisions during design are unlimited and free.

Vector is best — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. High-resolution PNG or TIFF at 300 dpi also works. No usable file? Send a photo of an old stole or a letterhead and we recreate the artwork free.

Yes. We Pantone-match satin, thread and cords to your color standard — or to a photo of what you already use — and you approve the color on the proof before production begins.
