Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before ordering custom graduation stoles.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ for fully customized stoles is 10 units. For basic color-only stoles with a single embroidered name, we accept individual orders.
How long does production take during graduation season?
Standard production is 10-14 business days after proof approval. During peak April-May graduation season we recommend placing orders at least four weeks before your ceremony date. Rush production is available with 5-7 business day turnaround for an expedite fee.
Do you carry honor society emblems?
Yes. We produce emblems for all major national honor societies including the National Honor Society, Phi Beta Kappa, Alpha Lambda Delta, the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, and dozens of subject-specific chapters. We produce each emblem to match the national organization’s official design spec.
Can you match our exact school colors?
Yes. We color-match using Pantone references and have stock satin in over 30 colors. For an exact match, send your school brand guide or the Pantone code and we’ll confirm the closest available.
Can individual graduates order their own stole?
Yes. We offer single-stole orders for graduates who want a personalized design not covered by their school’s group order. Single orders are quoted individually because of setup costs for custom emblems.
Do you work with school purchase orders?
Yes. We accept POs from schools, districts, and universities, and we offer net-30 terms for qualified buyers. Reach out with your procurement contact and we’ll walk you through the process.
Can you handle individual name embroidery at scale?
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet with each graduate’s name and any customization details. We’ll handle the rest — no need to submit each stole as a separate order. There is no per-name surcharge.
