Production Timeline and the Spring Commencement Window

Standard production runs three to four weeks from artwork approval, plus transit. Larger campus orders extend to five to seven weeks. The spring commencement window from late March through mid-May is by far the busiest period of the year for graduation stole production, and orders that arrive in that window can land tight against ceremony dates if you wait too long.

For spring commencement we strongly recommend locking in artwork by the end of February. That gives the production team time for a digital proof round, the bookstore time for student name collection (if you are doing variable-data embroidery), and the warehouse a buffer for any reprint or correction.
